Name*: Protein name identified by the proteomics software
AccessionID: ID used to identify the Entrez Gene ID
AccessionList: list of identifiers returned by proteomics software
MW: Molecular Weight
PI: pH at which protein will not migrate in an electric field
Peptide:Peptide number for protein
GeneID: Entrez Gene ID (may not exist)
gene_symbol: Gene symbol assigned to Entrez Gene ID

*Unknown proteins were uniquely named by concatenating MolecularWeight, “unknown,” and PI. The AccessionList simply states unknown.
