Name*: Protein name identified by the proteomics software
AccessionID: ID used to identify the locus link
AccessionList: list of identifiers returned by proteomics software
MW: Molecular Weight
PI: pH at which protein will not migrate in an electric field
Peptide:Peptide number for protein
LLnum: LocusLink number (may not exist)
gene_symbol: Gene symbol assigned to LocusLink

*Unknown proteins were uniquely named by concatenating MolecularWeight, “unknown” and PI. The AssessionList simply states unknown.
